All venues are initially listed for free on Horse Hotspots. We want our website to be as useful to all horse people as possible. Simply register as an owner and then click on the ‘add listing’ button on the homepage or click here, choose your package and follow the steps and fill in the online form. By claiming your site, you gain a blue tick. This shows all users that the venue has been claimed and the details have been checked by the venue. You can also update any contact details, add to or remove the facilities you offer and upgrade your package. Once your site is claimed, you can access ‘my account’ area, underneath your name on the right of the home page, to see a data dashboard – a really helpful tool. Here you can see how many views and visits your site has had over time.

The blue tick means the site has been claimed and you can trust that the details of the venue have been checked and verified by the owner of the venue.

There is a button on each venue page to report any concerns, please do this and we will investigate.

Yes! We will continue to expand adding new types of facilities as fast as we can. We will alert all subscribers when we add a new type of facility – so keep an eye out for updates.

You can promote your site easily by upgrading your package to either level 2, 3 or 4. Level 4 will give you the widest coverage in terms of promoting your facilities. To upgrade your package, hover over your name in the top right corner. Click on ‘My Listings’ from the dropdown menu. Find the listing you would like to upgrade and click ‘switch plan’. The packages are detailed here for you.

By following the quick and easy steps to claim your site, at your end it only takes a few minutes. Once your details are sent over to us, we aim to have the whole process completed and your verified listing published in 24 hours, however it may take a little longer at exceptionally busy times. Bear with us, we are a small team! Your listing will be available to see in your account in the ‘pending’ box until it has been approved by us. Once approved you will also receive a confirmation email. 

By upgrading your package you are able to add a whole range of extras including pictures and a description, right up to being listed at the top of searches and becoming our quarterly email focus venue. For more details of our highly reasonable packages, click here.

Yes. By claiming your site you are able to edit and update the facilities you have – for free. By hovering over your name on the right side of the page and clicking on ‘my listings’, you’ll find each of your listings has an edit, stats and switch plan buttons.

At the bottom of the page there is a ‘contact us’ button. Fee free to message us with any queries and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 

We would love you to stay with us but we totally understand if you need to remove your listing. To do this, sign in, access the drop down menu underneath your name and go to ‘my listings’. Find the listing you’d like to remove and click on delete. We will action it as soon as we can. We will miss you!

To change your password, sign in then go to the home page. Using the menu across the top of the page, click on your name. A drop down menu will show up underneath your name. Scroll down the menu until you reach ‘account details’. Click here and you will be able to change your password.
